Dollar strengthens in interbank trading

Commercial banks purchased $2.8 mln at interbank currency trades on 8 April. The data are reflected in the daily trading statistics.

Banks purchased $2 million with settlements on the date of the transaction and another $800 thousand on a date other than the date of the transaction.

Trades opened at KGS 87.15 per dollar and closed at KGS 87.3.
