01/29/2025, 12:34The Minister of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic Bakyt Sydykov met with Ainur Samanov, Trade Representative of the Russian Federation in Kyrgyzstan. During the talks, they discussed key aspects of bilateral trade and economic co-operation, as well as ways to strengthen industrial co-operation between the two countries.
Particular attention was paid to the projects being implemented through the Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund (RKDF). The parties stressed the importance of intensifying work within the framework of the working group on industry and the intergovernmental commission. They also outlined plans to hold events in 2025 aimed at expanding economic ties.
Following the meeting, both sides expressed confidence that joint projects will become the basis for further development of mutually beneficial partnership, create new jobs and promote the introduction of modern technologies in the economies of both countries.
