09/29/2025, 11:18Social spending in Kyrgyzstan's national budget amounted to 31% for the first half of the year. This is the lowest figure compared to Kazakhstan and Armenia.
In Armenia, 44% of all budget expenditures are allocated to social needs, while in Kazakhstan the figure is 39%.
In the structure of the Kyrgyz budget, a significant share is accounted for by general government expenditures (27%) and financing of the national economy (28%).
In Armenia, there is a noticeably high share of “other expenditures” (29%), while Kazakhstan allocates the most funds to economic development (32%).
Thus, Kyrgyzstan remains the country with the lowest share of social spending in the region.
