A new company has appeared on the payment systems operator market

Last week, a new payment system operator appeared in Kyrgyzstan — Korona X LLC. According to the National Bank, the company received its licence on 17 September and officially joined the list of market participants.

The company itself was registered at the end of September last year and recently, at the end of June this year, it was re-registered. The Ministry of Justice documents state that the company was established with 100% Kyrgyz capital. Its activities are listed as other activities in the field of information technology and computing.

It should be noted that this is the eighth operator to receive a licence from the National Bank since the beginning of the year: ZetPlat, PayMe, BilNet, Sunshine LTD, Unique Pay, MTM Company, AlfaBit Payments, and now Corona X. Thus, the total number of active payment system operators in the country has reached 54.
