10/02/2025, 10:26On 26 September 2025, the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic approved a number of key appointments in the country's banking sector.
Oralbek Chomokov was approved as chairman of the board of directors of Ayil Bank OJSC.
The regulator's decision also affected Capital Bank of Central Asia OJSC, with Archagul Kaparova appointed as chief accountant and head of the accounting and reporting department. On the same day, Mirbek Tursunaliyev was approved as head of the internal audit department of Commercial Bank KSB CJSC.
In addition, the National Bank approved the appointment of Melis Mambetjanov as an independent member of the board of directors and chairman of the audit committee of Demir Kyrgyz International Bank CJSC.
