09/30/2025, 12:27In 2024, trade turnover between Kyrgyzstan and Taiwan amounted to $29.4 million, which is 14.5% more than in the previous year.
However, this growth was achieved solely through an increase in imports. While exports from Kyrgyzstan fell by 6.5% to $129,000, it should be noted that the main export item is petroleum products, namely something between bitumen and fuel oil.
The main import items were measuring instruments, including microscopes, as well as mobile communication devices.
It should be noted that, according to the Ministry of Justice, there are only two companies in Kyrgyzstan whose co-founders are from Taiwan.
