02/26/2025, 16:53On 26 February 2025, the State Tax Service of the Kyrgyz Republic announced the launch of an updated version of the electronic assistant designed for completing reports on income tax and funds for state social insurance (STI-161). The new tool will be available for taxpayers from 5 March 2025.
The main innovation is the ability to send generated reports directly to the tax authorities for verification, which will save users from having to download XML files separately. This will greatly simplify the reporting process and make it more convenient.
The initiative to update the Assistant is part of the programme to optimise electronic tax services, aimed at improving the efficiency and accessibility of online tools for taxpayers. The State Tax Service is confident that the new features will help improve interaction with the tax authorities and make the process of filing tax reports simpler and more comfortable for all citizens.
