10/06/2026, 14:23‘State Customs Infrastructure’ will allocate 100 million KGS from the Kyrgyz President’s Support Fund as an initial deposit towards the purchase of flats in a block of flats currently under construction in Osh.
This decision was taken on 1 October by the company’s sole shareholder.
The property is to be purchased on a shared-construction basis in accordance with the technical specifications issued by the State Customs Service on 11 September. Once purchased, the flats are to be transferred to the State Customs Service’s balance sheet.
However, the 100 million KGS will cover only the initial deposit. It has been decided that the remainder of the cost of the flats will be financed from future dividends of ‘State Customs Infrastructure’, with the necessary funds allocated in the company’s budget for 2027.
The published decision does not specify the total value of the property being purchased, the number of flats or the completion dates for the construction.
State Customs Infrastructure OJSC has been instructed to carry out all necessary procedures for the purchase of the property and its subsequent transfer to the State Customs Service.
