Akylbek Japarov has registered a private financial enterprise called Crypta Asia. According to official data from the Ministry of Justice, the company received its certificate of registration on April 9 of this year.

The limited liability company Crypta Asia is registered in Sverdlov district of Bishkek. The sole founder and manager of the new entity is listed as Akylbek Usenbekovich Japarov — a full namesake of the former Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers. The company’s primary area of activity is stated as “other financial intermediation not elsewhere classified.”

Aside from the name, the documents contain no mention of any direct connection between the company and cryptocurrencies.

It’s worth noting that Akylbek Japarov stepped down as head of the Cabinet of Ministers on December 16, 2024. He wrote a statement at his own request. Since then, his name has rarely appeared in the public spotlight.
