Baktybek Tumonbaev and Azizbek Omorkulov now on the Mbank Board of Directors

There were changes in the composition of the Board of Directors of Mbank. This is reported by the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange.

In particular, the powers of an independent member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Board of Directors Maksatbek Ishenbaev were terminated. This is due to the fact that he moved to the board of the bank.

He will be replaced by Baktybek Tumonbaev as Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Azizbek Omorkulov will become an independent member of the Board of Directors of the bank.

In addition, Asel Kyrgyzbayeva became deputy chairman of the Board of Directors.

The changes came into effect from 15 January.
