Twenty-four Kyrgyz citizens purchased cars without a down payment

Thanks to the new Unaa guarantee product, 24 citizens of Kyrgyzstan have already been able to purchase domestically assembled cars without having to make an initial down payment.

As of 30 September 2025, the Guarantee Fund had issued guarantees for the Unaa product totalling over 8.4 million soms, which enabled citizens to obtain car loans worth more than 39.8 million KGS.

The new Unaa guarantee product was launched as part of the state project «Preferential Car Loan Financing—2», which started in March 2025 with the aim of stimulating demand for domestically produced cars and commercial vehicles.

The Unaa guarantee provides the opportunity to purchase any Chevrolet model manufactured at the Tulpar Motors plant. The guarantee can be obtained when applying for a car loan from Eldik Bank OJSC and Ayil Bank OJSC.

The new product is available to both individuals, including sole traders, and legal entities engaged in commercial activities. The maximum share of participation by OJSC GF is up to 30% of the financing amount.
