09/22/2025, 17:47In Moscow, the Bishkek City Hall and the Moscow City Government signed a memorandum of understanding aimed at developing cooperation in the field of digitalisation of urban management.
The document provides for the exchange of experience, the introduction of innovative solutions and the implementation of joint projects aimed at improving the efficiency of urban management and the quality of life of city residents.
The agreement was concluded within the framework of the forum ‘Cloud Cities. Forum on the Future of BRICS Cities,’ where the capital of Kyrgyzstan was represented by the director of the MP ‘Centre for Digital Technologies’ Zhumamudun Zhumaliev.
Forum participants discussed modern IT solutions in the housing and utilities sector and shared successful practices in the automation of utility processes.
Under the memorandum, the parties agreed to hold consultations, seminars, conferences, exchange professional experience and strengthen ties between relevant organisations and business communities in the two capitals.
The parties expressed confidence that the partnership would form the basis for the further development of smart urban infrastructure and sustainable digital progress.
