11/13/2024, 17:58The State Property Management Fund announced a third auction for the sale of a 98.41% state-owned share in OJSC “Ai-Peri Business Center” via an electronic bidding process. Previous auctions held on October 22 and November 11, 2024, were declared void due to a lack of bids.
The three-story business center spans 5,878.3 square meters and is situated in central Bishkek on Chui Avenue, offering a strategic investment opportunity. Built in 1988, the building includes a basement and is leased for offices, shops, cafes, a hotel, and other commercial spaces. Its appeal is enhanced by excellent transport links, high foot traffic, and a well-developed surrounding infrastructure.
The starting price for the property is set at 559.15 million som, with a bidding increment of 1 million som. A deposit of 10% of the starting price is required to participate.
Applications are being accepted through the electronic trading portal, and the auction will take place on November 26.
