11/04/2025, 08:48The open joint-stock company Bishkek Experimental Mechanical Plant presented its report on dividend payments for 2024. According to the document, out of 36 shareholders entitled to receive dividends, only three people received payments.
The total amount of dividends accrued was 3.66 million KGS, of which 3.49 million KGS were actually paid out. Another 172,800 KGS remain unclaimed. This money belongs to 33 shareholders who did not apply for dividends, with 9,626 shares each.
The report states that the main reason for non-payment is that shareholders did not submit applications or provide details for the transfer.
