As of 1 October, 107,183 children received a one-time payment ‘balaga suyunchu’. The total payments from the republican budget made up 429 million 973 thousand KGS, of which 1.35 million KGS was provided to 27 children born triplets. 

It should be noted that the payment amount for the birth of one child is 4,000 KGS, and if three or more children are born at the same time, each child receives 50,000 KGS.

To receive this payment, parents may apply to population service centres or civil registry offices within six months of the child's birth. The money is credited to the bank's transit account within two working days after the application's submission. They can be collected at the cash desks of state banks - Eldik Bank and Aiyl Bank.

It is specified that for payment processing it is necessary to submit an applicant's passport and a child's birth certificate.
