11/21/2024, 17:54In Kyrgyzstan, construction companies have transferred 1 thousand 180 apartments to the state ownership. This was announced today during a press conference by the head of the Presidential Administration Kanybek Tumanbaev.
He explained that the matter concerns residential objects built with violations or on illegally allocated land plots. Many of these houses remained unfinished for many years, and the commissioning deadline for some of them expired in 2005-2006.
The transfer of apartments affected a number of construction companies and residential complexes, including SK “Kut” (720 apartments), LCD “Dubai” (121 apartments), LCD “Muras Nur” (97 apartments), as well as “Artvin” (67 apartments), “Aalam Construction” (31 apartments) and others.
All transferred apartments will be sent to the State Mortgage Company (SMC) for further implementation through the housing program “Menin Uyum” (“My House”), which provides citizens with affordable housing through mortgages.
