As part of the digitalisation process, electronic services for the fishing industry have been completely transferred online, the E-phyto system for online phytosanitary certificates has been piloted, and by the end of the year, pesticides and agrochemicals will be digitally recorded.
Treatment facilities and pumping stations are being automated on the basis of SCADA, the unified water system is being updated, and the veterinary sector is transferring inspections and certificates online through SIOZ and Tulpar System. The AIS Expertise will allow for the issuance of electronic expert reports and certificates in seed production and horticulture.
The main goal is to create a unified personal account for farmers and exporters, where they can submit applications, upload documents, pay for services, and receive electronic certificates. Torobaev emphasised that the agrihackathon is a platform for practical solutions that can be implemented in government systems.
