10/18/2024, 14:32The Ministry of Digital Development has summarised the results of the Tunduk Interagency Electronic Interaction System (TIEIS) operation and presented key achievements in the digitalisation of public services.
Key results:
Over 3 billion data exchanges between public and private organisations have been processed through the Tүnduk system.
This has significantly reduced paperwork and sped up service delivery.
The system has 1,343 registered services and 311 participants, underlining the broad reach of digitalisation.
In 2024, around 11 million online services were provided through the portal and mobile application ‘Tunduk’, and the number of users reached 1.7 million.
