10/24/2024, 12:40Today at a meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh MP Nurbek Sydygaliev has expressed concern about the illegal sale of petrol on the bypass road in Chui region and called for special control.
He noted that sellers smuggle petrol and sell it on the side of the road.
‘Let's not go back to the 90s, when on every corner they sold anything,’ the MP said.
He emphasised that this practice generates a negative image of the country, especially in light of the visits of foreign guests.
The MP also called for stricter control over the sale of coal.
‘Coal is also sold on the roads, it is necessary to remove this practice,’ Sydygaliyev added.
He requested the authorities to take measures to curb the illegal petrol trade and to sell coal only in specially designated places.
