09/30/2024, 13:03In the first seven months of 2024, the revenues of local budgets of Kyrgyzstan amounted to 35.1 billion KGS, which is 35% more than in the analogous period of last year. This growth is due to the tax revenues increase, non-tax revenues and financial assistance from the state.
Tax revenues increased by 12.3%, non-tax revenues - by 1.5 times, and official assistance (transfers) from the state increased by 1.8 times. However, revenues from non-financial assets (e.g. real estate) sales slightly decreased.
The main part of tax revenues was income tax from citizens (79.5% of all taxes). State transfers amounted to 12.5 bln KGS, with almost 88% of them being targeted, aimed at specific projects.
