The announcement was made at the annual general meeting of the International Association of Exchanges, where the idea of creating an Inter-Exchange Union of SCO countries was also discussed.
The program includes the unification of trading rules, the removal of barriers between exchanges, the development of infrastructure, and the harmonization of legislation. According to Yermolovich, the goal is to create a single EAEU exchange market that will strengthen competition and make pricing more transparent.
The event was attended by representatives of exchanges from the CIS, Europe, Asia, Latin America, and Africa. The International Association of Exchanges, founded in Moscow in 2000, brings together 16 key trading platforms from nine countries, including all EAEU members.
