The euro and tenge rose in price, while the rouble continued to fall in value

The National Bank published official exchange rates for 6 September. According to the updated data, the rouble continued to depreciate against the som, while the dollar maintained its position at 87.45 KGS.

The rouble was the only currency among those tracked daily by the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic that fell against the som. Over the day, the rouble lost 0.53%, falling to 1.0724 KGS.

The remaining currencies — the euro, tenge and yuan — showed growth. The Kazakh tenge rose the most against the som, +0.43% to 0.1626 KGS. The euro and yuan added 0.22% (to 102.1722 KGS) and 0.25% (to 12.2518 KGS), respectively.
