The euro fell by 0.42 per cent, whilst the tenge rose by 1.56 per cent — National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic exchange rates as at 8 October

The National Bank has published the official exchange rates for 8 October 2026. The US dollar remained virtually unchanged — the rate fell from 87.4500 to 87.4485 KGS, or by 0.0017%.

The euro fell by 0.42% to 97.9248 KGS. The Russian rouble fell by 0.04 per cent to 1.0245 KGS.

The Kazakh tenge, by contrast, rose by 1.56 per cent to 0.1955 KGS. The Chinese yuan remained virtually unchanged, falling by 0.0015 per cent to 13.0432 KGS.
