Kyrgyzstan's Financial Supervisory Authority Strengthens Partnership with the Moscow Exchange

The Kyrgyz Financial Market Regulation and Supervision Service held an expanded working meeting with representatives of the International Association of Exchanges and the Moscow Exchange. The talks focused on deepening cooperation and developing the country’s exchange infrastructure.

The meeting took place on March 24 and proceeded in a constructive manner. The main focus was on expanding practical cooperation, exchanging experience, and implementing modern solutions in the field of exchange trading.

The parties discussed key areas for modernizing the exchange infrastructure, including the adoption of digital technologies, increasing trading transparency, developing risk management mechanisms, and ensuring sustainable market liquidity. Attention was also paid to improving securities market regulation and implementing international standards.

Kairat Mamotov, Chairman of the Financial Supervision Agency, noted that the creation of an effective and transparent exchange ecosystem is one of the priorities of state policy. In this regard, expanding international partnerships, including with the Moscow Exchange, is viewed as an important factor in enhancing the competitiveness of Kyrgyzstan’s financial market.

Following the meeting, the parties confirmed their mutual interest in deepening their partnership and developing specific cooperation projects aimed at developing the stock market and integrating Kyrgyzstan into the international financial arena.
