07/03/2025, 17:23The Financial Market Regulation and Supervision Service has revoked the licences of ten companies operating as virtual asset exchange operators. The decision was made on 26 June due to violations of legislation governing the circulation of virtual assets.
The list of companies that have lost their licences includes:
Finnadzor reminded market participants of the need to strictly comply with current regulations, including the timely submission of accurate reports on transactions with virtual assets.
‘We will continue to work to ensure the legality and transparency of the virtual asset market in order to protect consumer rights and the sustainable development of the country's financial sector,’ the official statement from Finnadzor said.
