06/18/2025, 16:52ICC Entrepreneurship Development Fund OJSC received 500 million soms from the Ministry of Finance to replenish the authorized capital. The funds will be used to provide soft loans to entrepreneurs at the rate of 8% per annum according to the order of President Sadyr Zhaparov following the results of the III People's Kurultai.
Funding is carried out within the framework of the state program to support small and medium-sized businesses. The purpose of the program is to promote entrepreneurship, create new jobs and strengthen the economy of the country.
You can apply for a loan in the central office of the Entrepreneurship Development Fund, as well as in its regional branches since June 25 this year. Currently, the fund is conducting the necessary procedures established by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic to start issuing loans.
