Liabilities also showed growth of 33%, reaching 472.4 million KGS. At the same time, the exchanges' equity capital grew by 9% from 422.7 million to 601.9 million KGS, remaining a key element in the capital structure.
The authorised capital remained unchanged during the reporting period, at 495.6 million KGS. This ratio reflects the balanced structure and high degree of capitalisation characteristic of stable financial institutions.
The total net profit of stock exchanges in 2024 amounted to 2.88 billion KGS, confirming the positive financial results in the context of a gradually emerging public capital market.
We would like to add that at the end of 2023, there were four securities trading organisers operating in Kyrgyzstan. However, only three participants demonstrated actual activity: Kyrgyz Stock Exchange CJSC, Envoy Vision Digital Exchange OJSC, and BTS Stock Exchange CJSC.
