State Agency is looking for a broker to sell state blocks of shares on the stock exchange

The State Agency for State Property Management announced the procurement of brokerage services for the sale of state blocks of shares on the floor of the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange CJSC. The maximum amount of the contract is 3.5 mln KGS.

According to the terms of reference, the winner of the tender will be obliged to organize transactions on the purchase and sale of state shares and register the transfer of rights to them during 2025-2026 at the request of the customer.

In addition, the contractor will have to ensure the fulfillment of all related procedures associated with the execution of transactions.

The deadline for submission of proposals is May 13. Bids are accepted in local currency.
