03/28/2025, 10:21Following the results of the first 100 days of work, the head of the Cabinet of Ministers Adylbek Kasymaliyev outlined the key economic priorities of the government. The main task is to prevent slowdown of growth rates and keep the dynamics at the level of 9-10% per year. According to preliminary data, in January-February 2025, this indicator was 10.7%.
In order to achieve the set goals, a list of 128 industrial facilities to be commissioned this year has been formed. This is not just construction, but the launch of a full production cycle. Each facility is assigned to a specific member of the government, and the Prime Minister himself personally supervises their implementation.
Attention is also focused on improving conditions for business. Tax mechanisms have been revised, simplified procedures have been introduced, and the patent system has been partially returned for small businesses. The Cabinet of Ministers endeavours to create convenient and transparent conditions for entrepreneurs without unnecessary bureaucracy.
Work continues on strategic projects such as the construction of the China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan railway, the launch of the Kambar-Ata HPP-1 and the completion of the CASA-1000 energy project, which opens up new export opportunities.
Adylbek Kasymaliev emphasised that the government is focused on practical work: launching production facilities, supporting businesses and addressing pressing issues of citizens.
