08/07/2025, 16:03During a working trip to the Jalal-Abad region, Prime Minister Adylbek Kasymaliyev familiarised himself with the progress of construction of multi-apartment residential buildings being built in the city of Jalal-Abad by the State Mortgage Company.
The Asman Residence 2 residential complex consists of five blocks with 450 apartments. To date, 90% of construction work has been completed. The republican budget has allocated 1.6 billion soms for the construction.
The Asman Residence 3 residential complex consists of one 9-storey block with 135 apartments. Currently, 90% of the work has been completed, including exterior and interior finishing, as well as landscaping of the surrounding area. 400 million soms have been allocated from the republican budget for the implementation of the project.
After familiarising himself with the progress of construction work, Prime Minister Adylbek Kasymaliyev emphasised that these apartments will be provided to citizens who are in genuine need of housing.
He noted that providing citizens with housing is one of the state's priorities, which is why such large-scale construction projects are being implemented throughout the republic.
