The Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kyrgyz-Tash OJSC has increased his stake to 75.7%

Changes have occurred in the shareholder structure of Kyrgyz-Tash OJSC, resulting in the consolidation of a controlling stake in the company under the Chairman of the Board of Directors.

According to disclosed information, on March 13, 2026, shareholder and affiliated person of the company Nazar Baltaev donated 79,932 common registered shares to Zhyrgalbek Baltaev. The total par value of the transferred securities amounted to 285,741 som, equivalent to 15.3% of the authorized capital.

Prior to the transaction, Nazar Baltaev owned 79,932 shares (15.3%); after the transaction, he completely exited the shareholder structure, and his stake was reduced to zero.

At the same time, the stake of the chairman of the board of directors, Zhyrgalbek Baltaev, increased from 60.3% to 75.7%. The number of shares he owns rose from 314,948 to 394,808, and their par value increased from 1,124,814 to 1,410,286 soms.

The transferred securities are classified as ordinary registered shares with ISIN code KG01010712013. The par value of one share is 3.5714 som.

Thus, following the transaction, control over the company was further strengthened through an intra-group transfer of shares.
