The updated form now allows filing both initial and revised reports.
The new version details the rates of insurance contributions and specifies the required reporting period.
To fill in the report correctly, taxpayers need to specify the following data:
the version of the report form corresponding to the reporting period;
type of report (initial or revised);
registration number;
code of the tax authority;
type of tariff (cell No. 119) following the current tariff at the time of filing the report;
the report period, which must match the version of the form and the tariff.
The Tax Service urges taxpayers to carefully check the correctness and completeness of the data provided to avoid mistakes when submitting a report.
