10/05/2026, 15:07The Cabinet of Ministers has amended the regulations governing the State Customs Service under the Cabinet of Ministers.
Under the amendments, the State Customs Service has been granted the right to act as the state contracting authority for the construction, major repairs and refurbishment of facilities within its sphere of activity, as well as for the preparation of design and cost estimate documentation.
In addition, the regulations have amended the address of the State Customs Service: the address ‘4a Baitik Baatyra Street’ has been replaced with ‘108 Jusupa Abdrakhmanov Street’.
The amendments were introduced by Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 658 of 30 September 2026. The document will come into force 10 days after its official publication.
