02/21/2025, 13:38Open Joint Stock Company “Hotel ‘Dostuk’ announced about granting a loan to the Federation of Trade Unions of Kyrgyzstan, which is a shareholder with more than 20% of voting shares. Information about this was posted by the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange.
The loan was issued on February 12. The amount was 3 million soms, the repayment term is set until June 1 this year, and the interest rate is 3% per annum.
In accordance with the corporate policy of the Company, other shareholders also have the right to receive a short-term loan on similar terms in the period until the payment of dividends at the end of 2024.
The decision to grant the loan was made by the Board of Directors of Dostuk Hotel, which is the authorized body for such financial transactions.
