07/30/2025, 09:15OJSC ‘Hotel ’Dostuk" provided a short-term loan to one of its largest shareholders, the Federation of Trade Unions of Kyrgyzstan, which owns more than 20% of the company's voting shares.
The loan amount was 3 million 316 thousand soms, and the interest rate was set at 3% per annum.
The loan term is from 24 July to 31 December 2025, and the transaction date is 23 July. The transaction was approved by the board of directors of Hotel Dostuk.
The company's management emphasised that the remaining shareholders also have the right to receive a similar short-term loan on the same terms until the payment of dividends at the end of 2025.
It should be noted that such decisions are typical in the practice of joint-stock companies. However, the granting of loans to affiliated parties requires compliance with the principles of equal access and corporate transparency.
