01/08/2025, 16:33The State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic revealed the fact of illegal privatisation of a land plot of 20 hectares at the intersection of Akhunbaeva and Ashar streets in the Ak-Orgoo residential area in Bishkek. A 10-storey residential building with underground parking and commercial premises is being built on the plot.
As part of the investigation, the construction company transferred 15 flats with a total area of 897 square metres, valued at KGS 89.3 million, to the state. The building is scheduled to be completed in the first half of 2027.
The SCNS continues to work on revealing cases of illegal transfer of state property into private hands. The persons involved in these offences are being identified.
