The inspection concerned compliance with the requirements of land and property legislation.
According to the decision of the administrative court of Naryn region dated 10 July 2024, the resolutions of Kochkor aiyl kenesh and aiyl okmotu issued in 2016 were declared invalid. These decrees concerned the transfer of a 0.70-hectare land plot intended for a 400-seat cinema construction.
Despite the court decision, the Kochkor branch of the State Agency had not registered the state ownership of the land plot, which led to the fact that the court decision had remained unenforced.
The Kochkor District Prosecutor's Office issued an instruction to eliminate violations. As a result, the land plot worth 21 million 477 thousand soms was returned to the state ownership.
