The state has regained ownership of a former brick factory site in Batken

The State Committee for National Security has established that more than 8 hectares of land previously owned by the state was illegally taken away.

The State Committee for National Security reported the return of a large plot of land in the city of Batken to state ownership. The land in question is the site of a former brick factory covering an area of 8.63 hectares, located in the Chet-Bulak district.

As established by GKNB employees during operational and investigative measures, the plot was illegally transferred to private ownership by a citizen of Kyrgyzstan. His actions were documented in materials registered in the Automated Information System.

After the violation was established and the necessary work was carried out, the man acknowledged the illegality of his actions and voluntarily returned the plot to the state.
