According to data from the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange, on October 31, 2025, GTI acquired 70% of the authorized capital of Kyrgyz Transit Logistic LLC, registered in the village of Ak-Zhar, Kara-Suu district, Osh region.
Prior to the transaction, GTI's share in the company's capital was 0%. Kyrgyz Transit Logistics specializes in freight transportation (OKED code 49.41.0) and was previously wholly owned by Kyrgyz Post. Thus, the state structure is expanding its influence in the field of logistics and transport infrastructure.
This is already the second major deal for GTI in the last month. Earlier, on October 8, the company acquired a 30% stake in State Logistics Company LLC.
