08/18/2026, 13:46The Cabinet of Ministers has amended the list of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, their analogues and precursors subject to state control in Kyrgyzstan. The relevant resolution is aimed at improving the system of state control over their circulation.
In particular, six substances have been added to the list of narcotic drugs with restricted circulation and subject to particularly strict control. These include N-pyrrolidino isotonitazene, N-pyrrolidino protonitazene, N-pyrrolidino methonitazene, N-desethyl isotonitazene, N-desethyl etonitazene and etonitazepipine.
The list of psychotropic substances has also been expanded. Hexahydrocannabinol (HHC) and lisdexamfetamine have been included in the list of substances subject to special control measures and with restricted circulation. Carisoprodol has been added to the list of psychotropic substances with restricted circulation that are subject to general control measures.
In addition, the list of analogues of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances has been updated. In particular, the entry for MDMB(N)-BZ-F has been clarified and new substances have been added, including 4-BMC, 4F-PBP, 4F-PHP, AB-ICA, ADAMANTYL-IACA, ADB-ICA, ADB-INACA, MBA(N)-H, MDMB-ICA and MDMB-INACA.
The amendments have been incorporated into Cabinet of Ministers Decree No. 152 of 26 March 2025 ‘On narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, their analogues and precursors subject to control in the Kyrgyz Republic’.
