The programme was developed in line with the action plan for 2024 and the presidential decree on the long-term agro-industrial complex development No. 202 of 22 July 2024.
The programme's main goal is to provide the population with quality horticultural products and increase the export potential of the gardening industry. To achieve this goal, the programme provides for the rational use of undeveloped and unproductive land, and the development of horticulture, viticulture and agroforestry.
The programme also includes measures to support farmers and entrepreneurs aimed at improving access to modern technologies and resources for growing and processing fruit and berry products. Implementation of the programme is expected to have a positive impact on the living standards of the population through the creation of new jobs in rural areas.
