Two-factor authentication (2FA) is also a must for business accounts. Enable 2FA on all services and use authenticator apps instead of SMS.
Use backups. Store data separately, check its functionality and consistency so that the business can continue to operate in the event of a failure or attack.
Implement employee training and an action plan.
