The “Safe Migration Caravan” campaign continues across the regions of Kyrgyzstan

Consultations for citizens were held in the Issyk-Kul and Naryn regions as part of the “Safe Migration Caravan” campaign. Residents were advised on how to verify overseas employment agencies and avoid losing money to scammers.

Experts are advising citizens on legal employment, the licensing of private agencies, and the protection of labor rights. Particular attention is being paid to schemes in which scammers promise high salaries and guaranteed jobs in exchange for an advance payment.

The campaign is organized by the Center for Overseas Employment under the Ministry of Labor, in collaboration with the Resource Center for Migrants and with the support of ICMPD.

Events are scheduled to take place from October 26 to 30 in the Talas Region, followed by the Jalal-Abad and Chui Regions. Citizens are urged to verify job offers through official sources and not to transfer money to strangers.
