KICB was unable to place the entire stated volume of the seventh bond issue

The Financial Market Regulation and Supervision Service registered a report on the results of the seventh issue of registered interest-bearing bonds by Kyrgyz Investment and Credit Bank CJSC.

The placement took place from June 16 to November 28, 2025. According to the issuer, out of 13,500 bonds issued, 13,055 securities were sold to investors. This is about 97% of the declared volume. The total amount of the issue recognized as completed reached 1 billion 305.5 million KGS, and the cost of one bond was 100 thousand.

The results were registered on December 5. The placement was carried out in accordance with the approved schedule, began on June 16 this year, and ended on November 28.
