08/18/2025, 17:11Kyrgyzaltyn OJSC has carried out another increase in its authorised capital, bringing it to KGS 9.524 billion. The shareholders made the decision at a general meeting on 11 August 2025.
This time, KGS 5.2 billion was contributed to the company's authorised capital as a contribution from the State Agency for State Property Management under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic in proportion to their shares. The total increase amounted to 5 billion 200 million 100 KGS, which allowed the new authorised capital to be approved at 9 billion 524 million 608 thousand 600 KGS.
The fifth issue consisted of 52 million 1 ordinary registered shares with a par value of 100 KGS each. The shares are issued in book-entry form and will be paid for from dividends payable on the state-owned shares, as well as the balance from previous issues.
It should be recalled that earlier, in April 2025, the company had already increased its authorised capital by KGS 76.9 million through an additional issue of 768,870 ordinary registered shares of the fourth issue, which were placed on the primary market of the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange in August.
