Kyrgyzstan and Bahrain are considering the possibility of opening a direct flight between the countries

Kyrgyzstan and Bahrain discussed the prospects of joint development of tourism, including the launch of direct flights between the countries. These issues were the key topic of the meeting between Deputy Minister of Economy of Kyrgyzstan Sanzhar Bolotov and Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain Mohammed Hassan Mohammed Adnan Shaikho, held on December 25.

During the meeting, the sides discussed the status of documents under consideration and the dynamics of trade turnover between the two countries, noting its untapped potential.

Special attention was paid to the issues of tourism development, including the possibility of opening a direct flight between Kyrgyzstan and Bahrain.

The Deputy Minister informed the Ambassador about the planned investment forums in Kyrgyzstan and invited representatives of the Kingdom of Bahrain to participate in them.

The prospects of attracting investments and establishing a joint development fund were also discussed. The parties agreed to establish closer cooperation between business circles, in particular through the Chambers of Commerce and Industry of the two countries.
