Kyrgyzstan demonstrated its goods at Halal Expo 2024 in Turkey

From November 27 to 30, 2024, Istanbul hosted important events in the Halal industry: the “Halal Expo 2024” and the “10th World Halal Summit” with the theme “A Successful Decade in Halal: Shaping the Future with a Shared Vision”. The event was organized with the support of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, Institute of Standardization and Metrology of Islamic Countries, Islamic Trade Development Center, under the auspices of the President of Turkey and in partnership with Discover Events Turkey.

The exhibition has become the largest platform for international trade in halal products, providing industry participants with unique opportunities to promote their goods, expand trade volumes and attract investment in this sector.

Kyrgyzstan actively participated in the event, presenting products of domestic producers such as Kainar Group, Salih Ltd, Shoro, Yashar Group, Adal Azyk (Toyboss), Dary Tien-Shan and others. Within the framework of the exhibition, the delegation of the State Institution “Center for Halal Industry Development” under the Ministry of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic held meetings with partners and exhibitors from other countries to strengthen business relations and promote halal products.

The main purpose of participation in the exhibition was to strengthen trade-economic, scientific-technical and cultural ties between the countries of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, as well as to create conditions for the production and export of competitive agricultural products and processing goods that meet international halal standards.
