03/26/2026, 13:41Energy Minister Taalaibek Ibraev made a working visit to China, where, as part of a project to install charging stations and energy storage systems, he held a series of important meetings with representatives of leading Chinese energy and technology companies.
During the working visit, Energy Minister Taalaibek Ibraev visited the ShuiFa Group’s manufacturing plant and headquarters in Zhuhai and familiarized himself with their operations. A meeting was held at the facility with Yang Bin, a member of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the ShuiFa Group.
The parties held talks on deepening cooperation in the energy sector and implementing joint projects, resulting in the signing of a memorandum of understanding between the Ministry of Energy and ShuiFa Group aimed at cooperation in the field of energy infrastructure, including the development of charging stations and energy storage systems.
The signing of the memorandum marked an important step toward modernizing Kyrgyzstan’s energy sector and developing sustainable transport infrastructure.
Additionally, during the visit, Energy Minister Taalaibek Ibraev met with Yulin Lian, founder and CEO of NUCL New Energy Tech. The parties discussed prospects for cooperation in developing charging station infrastructure for electric vehicles and implementing modern solutions.
The Minister of Energy provided information on the electric vehicle charging stations currently under construction in Kyrgyzstan, emphasizing that their installation, operation, and development using modern technologies are timely.
A representative of NUCL New Energy Tech expressed readiness to cooperate with the Ministry of Energy.
The delegation also held talks with representatives of Zhejiang Anfu Energy, a company specializing in the production of charging stations for electric vehicles. The parties discussed opportunities for equipment supply and technology localization.
