Kyrgyz Finance Minister Bакетаев Reports Strong 2025 Financial Year

At the end of 2025, the financial system of the Kyrgyz Republic showed significant growth. Consolidated budget resources amounted to 1 trillion 93.1 billion KGS, an increase of 384.2 billion KGS compared to the previous year (+154.2%).

The republican budget reached 939 billion KGS, which exceeded the approved figures by 352.9 billion KGS. Significant growth was achieved due to an increase in budget revenues.

Tax revenues increased by 49.9 billion KGS, amounting to 113.8% of last year's level. Non-tax revenues more than tripled, from 56.2 billion to 172.4 billion KGS.

The growth in budget resources was accompanied by increased economic activity within the country. Manufacturing, trade and services showed positive dynamics. Improvements in tax and customs administration and increased transparency in budget policy helped strengthen financial discipline and ensure additional budget revenues.
