The KRSU will assist the tax service in improving the qualifications and training level of its employees

The State Tax Service and the Boris Yeltsin Kyrgyz-Russian University have agreed to cooperate in the field of training and retraining of personnel.

On January 30, the chairman of the State Tax Service, Almamet Shykmamatov, took part in the second meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Kyrgyz-Russian University, during which a Roadmap for Cooperation for 2025-2028 was signed.

The document is aimed at developing the human resources potential of tax authorities and provides for systematic work to improve the level of professional training and retraining of State Tax Service employees. In particular, cooperation will cover educational programs, internships, research projects, and practical training for specialists.

As part of the implementation of the Roadmap, the parties plan to:

• establish sustainable cooperation between the tax service and the university;
• train specialists taking into account the practical needs of the State Tax Service;
• expand opportunities for internships and traineeships for students;
• improve the qualifications of current tax authority employees;
• develop joint scientific and educational initiatives.
